Rosa holds a university degree in Computer Science and has work experience as a software engineer in her native Venezuela. She joined the staff of the Berman Skin Institute in January 2007 as a billing representative. Rosa sets high goals for herself and takes pride in exceeding her own expectations. Moving to the U.S. has been a “pleasant journey” of learning a new language and a different way of life in North America. She continues to learn daily at the Berman Skin Institute, and enjoys seeing patients satisfied with the results of their treatments, as well as working with top-of-the-line professionals.

When not at the office, Rosa spends time with friends sampling different cuisines, going to the theater, and traveling.
